The design involves the extension and alteration of the property to provide an office and two-bedroom flat at ground floor, with studio flats above. The brief has consisted of providing spacious studio flats within a limited floor plan at first and second floor with a shared stairway leading directly off the street. The ground floor commercial unit has a street frontage onto Chiswick High Road whilst the two bedroom flat at ground floor is provided with separate access and a private garden.
We submitted a planning application in October 2009 and demolition work has recently begun on site.
